Saints & Slimmers | The Review

You may have seen from my previous post here, that I was going to try the Saints & Slimmers diet plan for a day just to get an idea of their very low calorie diet plan where you have three of their meal packs a day varying from porridge, shakes, soups and meals.

For breakfast I had a shake, the carmel shake which was gorgeous, and was very filling too.
For lunch I had the Thai soup, which was very hot hot hot! I'm not used to spicy foods but this was delicious, thick and filling too.
And for my dinner, I had one of the Mexican taco meal packs. This reminded me a lot of the meat-free packs of chilli you can get from supermarkets and I really enjoyed it! There was a lot of flavour and bite to it which I really liked.
I really enjoyed doing this plan. Normally I would feel hungry and miserable doing a 'shake' diet where I can only have three shakes a day. But the variation in their products really helps prevent this feeling, and their meal packs are fantastic for the evening!
