Etude House: Miss Tangerine Cream Choux Blusher

I've never tried a cream blusher before, so when I was in Bangkok I managed to pick up a few products from the Miss Tangerine collection in Etude House. It seemed a good idea to give it a try!

I picked the very girly pink colour named Miss Berry. It isn't very berry in colour at all, but extremely bright and quite highly pigmented for a cream blusher. It is multi use so can be used as a lip stain too.

I have used this a few times (trust me I've needed to!) to make sure I have the right amount of application. It's easy to be overzealous when squeezing the tube, but you definitely only need a small amount to go a long way. I applied this with my fingers and blended in with a brush. Depending on your application you can have a tint of rosy pink cheeks, or end up looking like Barbie!

As you can see from the picture above, it is quite thick in consistency but when applied and buffed out with a brush leaves a really nice light pink glow. (Please note, I didn't use the same amount on the left as on the right - that was just to show the colour, you only need a small amount!).

Once I became accustomed to the application, I quite enjoyed the product. The only downside is that I have quite greasy skin and it doesn't really help.

I quite like the Miss Tangerine collection; I was put off at first with the word 'tangerine' as my skin doesn't suit orange, but through further delving they do have a nice range of colours.

Pros: two products in one, you only need a small amount
Cons: extremely bright pink, can leave your skin quite greasy

What do you think about the Miss Tangerine collection? Do you often use cream blushers?
