Alibi Health Drinks

When Alibi Health Drinks contacted me asking if I wanted to try their health drinks I jumped at the chance. These are like no other drinks on the market, but are hydrating and support your body's natural defences. I couldn't wait until they arrived, they sounded right up my street, especially now I'm a new mum. Not only do I have a lack of sleep, I also find I'm not eating properly and not getting the right nutrients I need, and especially being up late in the night I feel I'm being run down and constantly have a cold all the time
I was sent two flavours, the sparkling pomegranate and sparkling citrus. I honestly thought I would be swayed towards the citrus flavour, but I absolutely love the pomegranate too!

You can see from the can all the vitamins which are included in the health drink, these contain 10 of your daily allowance, and natural minerals too. Plus it's made from stevia, which is natural sugar from leaves, making it only 99 calories per can. With the drink being all natural it's free from any stimulants, refined sugars and caffeine too.
Since trying these drinks I must admit I have felt a lot better. I've had one a day and I feel I'm less sleepy (even though they don't contain stimulants!) and feeling less run down.

Alibi Health Drinks are really easy to find in supermarkets too!
You can find Alibi Health Drinks over on Twitter and Instagram too, why not say hi!

  2. I actually saw these in my local Spar. I was really disappointed that they stopped stocking Blue Bear in favour of Alibi, as that's been my go-to energy drink for years, but I think I'll pick up a can of Alibi and give it a try. x
