SPRING IS FINALLY HERE.
At least I'm hoping so up north, we are hitting up to around 14/15 degrees and this makes me so happy as I can finally stop wearing my winter clothes and put my denim jacket on with cute dresses. Spring is also when I see cute bunnies and other animals having babies... Not just the animals having babies ;-)
It makes me happy to have early bright mornings and bright late evenings. As someone with SAD (Seasonal Affective Disorder) it makes me happy that I can put the light box away and actually have a routine of being able to wake up in the morning and not fall asleep at 4:30 pm or during my commute on the way home.
The pastel shades come out, and I start using a smaller bag. Not having to cart my MASSIVE work satchel around me with makes me so happy as I noticed yesterday it's far too heavy for my condition. And ladies like me shouldn't be carrying super heavy things. I can wear sandals! Unfortunately not for work but at least at the weekend and in the evening.
I promise this year to make more use out of Spring, and Summer too, by walking more and trying to keep fit. I intend to have long walks in the evening and maybe even walk to the train station in a morning to try and get me motivated for the day ahead.
I pledge to not waste my Fridays either! Now my University year is coming to an end and I don't start again until the beginning of October I'll have so many three day weekends I won't know what to do with myself. Maybe I should stop procrastinating and start my Mandarin Chinese writing early, because everyone knows that's what I struggle with!
This is my second post for the challenge 'Blog Every Day In May'.
I love Sprint too, it's good to have a bit of sunshine (^_^)
